MindScrap is offered by Wig Digital Limited. These terms need review before public payments are enabled; the effective date and support contact must be completed.
Subscription
MindScrap is offered at $3.99/month or $39.99/year in USD, before applicable taxes. Your plan renews automatically until cancelled through the billing portal. Access can end if subscription payments stop or a subscription is cancelled. Check checkout details for the final price and renewal terms.
AI credits
Current plans include 300 monthly AI credits for organization and questions. Extra packs contain 100 credits for $0.99 per purchase. Text organization and memory questions cost 1 credit each, image analysis 5 credits, and supported short audio transcription/organization 20 credits. Unused included monthly credits reset with the calendar month; purchased top-up credits are a separate balance. No automatic overage purchases are made. Fair-use, abuse, and technical safety limits apply.
Your content
You retain ownership of your notes and media. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, transmit, display and process this content to provide the service, including optional AI processing when activated. Do not upload illegal content or material you have no right to use.
Reliability and AI output
AI summaries and reminders may be wrong. MindScrap is not an emergency, medical, financial, or legal decision system and should not be your sole backup for essential records. Recorded reminders currently appear in the app; automated push or SMS reminders are not offered in this release. Normal service limits and temporary outages may apply.
Cancellations, refunds and deleting data
Manage or cancel renewals in the Stripe billing portal. The refund policy must be finalized and displayed before paid public launch. You can export supported data formats and use account deletion in Settings. Payment records may remain with billing providers as required by law.
