Information we process

We process your email address for sign-in and billing; notes, tags, reminders, uploaded photos, recordings and files you choose to save; usage and payment identifiers; and basic security logs required to operate the service. We do not ask you to text information to a phone number.

Why we process it

To create your account, secure your notes, fulfill purchases, track credits, run requested AI categorization/transcription/answers, process customer support, and comply with legal and tax requirements.

Our service providers

Cloudflare stores website data, notes and private attachments; Stripe processes subscription and credit purchases; Resend delivers sign-in emails; and OpenAI processes note excerpts and media submitted for AI features. AI processing involves transmission of the content needed for that action. No third-party advertising trackers are included in the current build.

Access, storage and retention

Uploaded original media is stored in private object storage. Saved notes and metadata are isolated by authenticated account. Authentication sessions are stored as hashed tokens and expire. We retain account content while your account is active, subject to deletion requests and operational backups. Payment providers may retain transaction records under their own legal requirements. Backups may persist temporarily in accordance with a retention policy that must be finalized.

Your choices

You can export text histories to JSON, CSV and PDF. Attachments are available individually; bulk media export is not currently provided. You can delete notes or initiate account deletion from Settings. Cancellation is handled by Stripe's customer portal. We do not currently provide end-to-end encryption. Do not save passwords or secrets that you would not want processed by these service providers.
